Services: My practice centers around providing virtual Neuro-Affirming therapy and coaching to neurodivergent teens and adults. I am also experienced in supporting clients with chronic illness including Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS). These conditions are often seen in neurodivergent folks myself included. I find that when you are living with multiple complex chronic health conditions it can be very validating to work with a therapist who truly gets it. I am also AuDHD so I have deep empathy for my neurokin and the struggles we all face and love being able to support them in reaching their goals in a way that honors their needs and wiring.
